Our Technology Approach
At Three S Bio Harbour, we build our plants around advanced semi-automated transesterification technology — achieving 96–98% feedstock-to-biodiesel conversion rates with minimal manual intervention. Our process design integrates multi-feedstock compatibility from the ground up, allowing plants to switch between used cooking oil, animal fats, tallow, and acid oil without costly retrofits.
Every plant is designed around BIS 15607:2022 output specifications ensuring our clients produce biodiesel that meets OMC supply requirements from day one of operations. Our zero-effluent process design recovers all by-products commercially: crude glycerine at 80% purity and fatty acids for industrial sale, making our plants economically optimised as well as environmentally responsible.

Mr. Arvind Chaudhary is the Director of Three S Bio Harbour, bringing a strong foundation in Civil Engineering along with proven entrepreneurial experience across construction and renewable energy sectors.
He began his journey by establishing and successfully managing a construction firm, where he executed multiple government infrastructure projects, gaining deep expertise in large-scale project execution and operations.
At Three S Bio Harbour, he leads overall strategy, turnkey project execution, plant operations, procurement, and business development. His hands-on experience in biodiesel manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain management enables him to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions for clients.
Under his leadership, the company focuses on building high-performance biodiesel plants, ensuring quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting businesses in adopting sustainable fuel solutions. His vision is aligned with India’s clean energy transition, positioning Three S Bio Harbour as a trusted partner for turnkey biofuel infrastructure.
Mr. Shivam Sachan is a Director of Three S Bio Harbour and a certified Engineering Officer by the Government of India (DG Shipping). A Mechanical Engineering graduate, he brings over 12 years of global marine and industrial engineering experience, having worked with international organizations across more than 20 countries in oil and gas plant operations.
His technical expertise includes boilers, centrifugal separation systems, steam heaters, heat exchangers, and large-scale oil processing machinery—core components critical to biodiesel production systems. This extensive, hands-on experience across diverse industrial environments forms the backbone of Three S Bio Harbour’s plant design and manufacturing capabilities.
